Introducing Ashley Dunwoodie, our dedicated Co-Operations Coordinator, whose extensive industry experience and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to our team. With 8 years in Multi-Family Property Management under her belt, Ashley brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
In her free time, Ashley cherishes moments spent with her husband and two children, as well as quality time with her extended family and friends. As the Executive Assistant for the COO of NorthPoint Development, Ashley excels in her role while also being a team player, offering support across various areas of the company.
Certified as a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager), Ashley's professional skills are underscored by her dedication to ongoing education and development. Away from the office, Ashley finds joy in music, attending concerts, and traveling. An avid sports fan, she particularly enjoys cheering on the Chiefs and traveling to different stadiums for games.
In her role with the NorthPoint Foundation, Ashley plays a vital role in various aspects of operations, including bill pay, credit cards, monthly reporting, and legal matters. Her attention to detail and organizational prowess ensures the smooth functioning of critical tasks, contributing to the Foundation's success.
Ashley's multifaceted talents, coupled with her dedication to her work and community, make her an indispensable member of our team. Her passion for excellence and commitment to service shine through in everything she does, enriching both our company and the communities we serve.
Lara Anderson serves as Interim Executive Director of the NorthPoint Foundation, where she helps advance community impact through meaningful, people-centered engagement. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Recreation from Southeast Missouri State University, and her passion for volunteerism and philanthropy began in college through service opportunities with her sorority.
With more than 25 years of experience spanning marketing and operations, Lara is known for creating memorable experiences that connect people to purpose. She believes the strongest programs are built on genuine relationships and practical, positive support—finding thoughtful ways to improve lives and strengthen communities.
Outside of work, Lara is an avid tennis player who still competes and previously played in college. She also enjoys spending time with her family and boating on the lake.
Meet Adam Bryant, our enthusiastic Volunteer Coordinator, who brings a unique blend of technical expertise and heartfelt dedication to every aspect of his work. With over 10 years in the tech industry and a master’s in Information Science and Technology, Adam excels at building systems that connect people — and he brings that same passion to his volunteer leadership.
Adam’s passion for travel — having explored 20 countries, 49 national parks, and 46 U.S. states — gives him a deep appreciation for diverse communities and the power of collective action.
Whether he’s organizing volunteer initiatives, planning events, or optimizing outreach strategies, Adam brings a creative, people-centered approach to everything he does. When he's not solving complex tech challenges, you’ll find Adam immersed in horticulture, photography, travel, tennis, strategy board games, event planning, or the automotive world.
Meet our dedicated Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Natasha, a seasoned professional with a flair for strategic brand management and integrated marketing. With an impressive background in spearheading innovative initiatives for the largest privately-held industrial development company in the US, Natasha brings a unique blend of expertise in communications, content creation, and digital strategy.
Holding an M.S. in Journalism and Mass Communications with a focus in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Kansas, Natasha is committed to driving growth and shaping impactful brand narratives. As a board member and active member of KC IABC and the Content Marketing & Communications Manager for NorthPoint Development, Natasha plays a crucial role in our mission to enhancing the lives of children in our communities.
