Welcome to the NorthPoint Foundation Mentorship Program!

At the NorthPoint Foundation, we are dedicated to breaking down barriers and positively influencing the lives of children through our impactful mentorship program. We firmly believe in the power of community and recognize the profound impact that a positive role model can have on a young person's life.

Our mentors commit to spending time with their mentees on a weekly basis, fostering genuine connections from the very beginning. Engaging in activities such as playing basketball, assisting with homework, and simply being there to listen and provide guidance, our mentors establish a foundation of trust and support. Even in the early stages of these mentorship relationships, the potential for a positive impact is already evident.

At the NorthPoint Foundation, we understand that mentorship is about more than just having fun. It's about expanding perspectives and helping children discover new passions. Our mentors play a crucial role in guiding these young minds towards a brighter future.

We are proud to partner with a variety of organizations, including KCIA and Lead to Read, for our mentorship program. Additionally, we have our own in-house mentorship initiative, ensuring a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to positively impacting the lives of children in our community.
